     Team Building
Using the five disciplines of the learning organization developed by Peter Senge, intensive dialogue is undertaking focusing on the key areas of organizational performance.

     Strategic Management
Through a series of action/planning sessions, the mission of the organization is examined in terms of the underlying vision and spirit and in terms of how it is implemented in focused investments in key assets, programs, markets, channels and core competencies. How the organization understands and measures its performance is also critically examined.

     Organizational Assessment
A report representing a snapshot of organizational health covering areas of board governance, executive leadership, operations management, program execution and financial performance is developed to diagnose potential areas for improvement.

      Community Listening Forums
The customers, clients, and constituents of the organization are engaged in focused conversations about its current performance and its future potential in sessions ranging from one-half day to three days potentially including as many as 500 people.

Servant Leader Associates Working With Trust Holders in Community

Servant-Leader Associates concentrates its work with those persons and groups in leadership positions which have responsibility for the entire organization, that is, they hold the enterprise in trust. In fact their prime responsibility is to build a community of trust within the institution and between the institution and the constituents/customers it serves. Trust holding is a matter of the heart, putting others needs first and will, faithfully keeping promises made.
